  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ cups of sliced vegetables of your choice (examples, cauliflowers, green peas, boiled potatoes sliced, etc.)
  • 1 jar Monkey Madness Curry sauce
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves


  1. In a medium-sized covered skillet or Dutch oven, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped vegetables and brown lightly.
  3. Add the Monkey Madness Curry sauce.
  4. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat or until chicken is cooked through. If sauce becomes too thick, add water to thin.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve with basmati rice, grain of your choice, Indian roti, or flatbread.
